Where can I get tickets? Can I get them day of? You can purchase Tickets online at www.anintimateevening.com or at our front gate the day of show beginning at 2:00 pm.
What if it rains? The event is rain or shine. There are no cancellations, no exchanges, and no refunds.
Is there food available? Outside food is not allowed. We have multiple caterers who have appetizers available for tastings as well as menu items to purchase.
Can we bring our own Alcohol? OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND WILL BE CONFISCATED UPON ENTRY. All bags are subject to search by Dunsmuir security personnel. Before entering, all opened beverages regardless of ingredients/type will be confiscated by security and disposed of appropriately. Security reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to confiscated any beverage of any size or type of bottle or container, whether opened or unopened, that they feel may contain alcohol. We have multiple wineries and wine stations throughout the venue for tastings. Our host beverage sponsor is located in the Canopy Event Tent on the estate. People of legal drinking will be carded and wrist-banded upon entry.
Can I bring my pet to the party? Although we love all canines, felines, and other assortments of pet, The Dunsmuir maintains a strict “no animals” policy. * Does not apply to service animals
Who attends the event? Everyone! One of the most unique all white attire party in the bay area, An Intimate Evening attracts a diverse crowd. It is one of the only events that is appropriate and friendly to, couples and singles of any age, ethnicity and gender identity.
Can I use a credit card on the lawn? Yes! We accept credit Cards. Many of our vendors accept credit cards.
Is there seating? There is seating at the event throughout the event grounds. The main stage Tables are reserved for sponsored guests only. Additional seating is available throughout the venue.
Is the event wheelchair accessible? Yes, the event are wheelchair accessible! Keep in mind that the majority of the event takes place on grassy lawns, so it may make wheelchair mobility slightly difficult.
What do I wear? This is an all white attire event. The entire event is outdoors, and stretches through out the estate grounds. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Lost & Fond? Dunsmuir maintains a “Lost And Found” box at its offices. Call 510-615-5555 to discuss the matter. Remember: Though we do our best to unite lost items with their owners, we are not responsible for items left on the premises. After 6 months, unclaimed items are donated to charities.
I didn’t get a confirmation of my ticket purchase. What do I need as proof to get into the event? This year we are scanning all tickets, so either a printed ticket or a digital ticket presented on your phone is necessary.
